Please carefully review your order details, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming. Due to our swift processing commitment, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections, including item type, size, design, or address.
If you make an error, you have 6 hours from the order placement to cancel and reorder correctly. For any pre-order questions, feel free to contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Canceling Orders
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. Orders cancelled outside this period might be in processing or shipping stages. A 10% cancellation fee applies. To cancel, please contact us at [email protected].
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, orders are considered accepted, and refunds will not be issued.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Design differs from what was ordered
- Size or material is incorrect
- Incorrect product was delivered
- Product description does not match the received item
Condition of Returned Items
- Must be in original condition and packaging
- Cannot be worn, washed, or altered
- Defects must be due to our error
- Original tags must be intact
- Minor issues like stray threads are not eligible
